The only data stored is in your own browser's localStorage — specifically your company details (pre-fill), uploaded logo image, and colour preferences. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared anytime by clearing your browser's site data.

However, we display advertisements through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense) which may set their own cookies for ad personalisation purposes. You can control or disable these through your browser settings or a tool such as your browser's privacy mode.

- Invoice and quotation number counters
You can remove all stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for toolsloop.xyz, or by clicking the "Remove" button next to your logo in the tool.
6. Third-Party Services
ToolsLoop loads fonts from Google Fonts and PDF generation libraries from a CDN. These requests may log your IP address as part of standard server logging. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for information on how Google Fonts handles request data.
7. Children's Privacy
ToolsLoop is intended for use by businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
